The 2022 Magellan Exchange Annual Conference will be hosted by University of Monterrey (UDEM) in Monterrey, Mexico, on October 3-5. Pre-conference networking and cultural activities will be available on October 1-2.


Registration is $365 per person with payment received by August 15; after this date, registration is $395. Your registration and stay at the conference hotel includes: breakfasts; weekend networking, including Saturday dinner, a Sunday day trip with lunch, and Sunday dinner; lunches on Monday-Wednesday; dinners on Monday and Tuesday; a city tour; a newcomers session on Monday morning; and a COIL workshop on Wednesday morning!

An optional site visit at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas, is available on Friday, September 30, where you can meet faculty/staff, tour the campus, speak with students, and familiarize yourself with the city.  You will be responsible for your travel, hotel and any meals not hosted during the site visit.
