The University of Alabama in Huntsville will host the 2026 Magellan Annual Conference in Huntsville, Alabama, on Monday-Tuesday, October 5-6. Pre-conference activities will be available on Saturday-Sunday, October 3-4.

The conference brings together faculty, staff and coordinators from Magellan institutional members worldwide — providing a meaningful opportunity to build relationships, share best practices, and learn more about offerings within the network. Your registration fee includes ALL meals and activities from Saturday evening through Tuesday evening.

SITE VISITS
Optional site visits will be offered before and after the conference.  These provide great opportunities to visit other Magellan member institutions, meet faculty and staff, tour campuses, speak with students, familiarize yourself with the locations, and share information about your institution.

We will travel with shared rental cars. Participants will be invoiced for a prorated portion of the transportation costs after the site visits.
