REGISTRATION
The 2023 Magellan Annual Conference will be hosted by UCLL University of Applied Sciences in Leuven, Belgium, on October 2-3. Pre-conference networking and cultural activities will be available on September 30-October 1.

Registration is $395 per person with payment received by August 15; after this date, registration is $415. Your registration and stay at the conference hotel includes: breakfasts; pre-conference networking, including Saturday dinner, Sunday networking activity with lunch, and Sunday dinner; a Monday newcomers session; and coffee breaks, lunches and dinners on Monday and Tuesday!

Double occupancy: 185 EUR/night
Rates are for bookings before September 4 and include VAT and breakfast. The 3.50 EUR/night city tax is not included.

A block of rooms will be held until August 16.  At that point, a portion of our unreserved rooms will be released, with the remaining portion only being held until September 4. Therefore, please make your reservation by August 16, if possible, to ensure availability!

SITE VISITS
Optional site visits will be offered before and after the conference. These will offer opportunities to visit other Magellan partners, meet faculty/staff, tour campuses, speak with students, and familiarize yourself with the cities.  You will be responsible for your travel, hotel, transportation (e.g., bus, train), and any meals not hosted during the site visits.

Site visits may require minimum attendance. Please register your interest by May 1. An announcement will be made to confirm site visits in early May.
