REGISTRATION
Join us for the 2024 Magellan Annual Conference, hosted by Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri USA, on October 7-8, 2024! Pre-conference networking and cultural activities will be available on October 5-6.

Register and pay by August 15 to receive the early bird registration rate of $439 ($489 after August 15). Your registration includes Saturday dinner; a networking activity, lunch and dinner on Sunday; a Newcomers Session on Monday; and coffee breaks, lunches and dinners on Monday and Tuesday. The conference hotel includes free breakfast and parking.

Due to logistics, minimum participation will be necessary to proceed with some of the partner site visits. Therefore, please register by May 1 if you wish to attend any of the optional site visits. At that time, the final site visit schedule will be confirmed based on interest.  Additional registrations can then be accepted through September 30.

Reservations can be canceled for a full refund with at least 48 hours’ notice.

SITE VISITS
Optional site visits will be offered before and after the conference.  These will offer opportunities to visit other Magellan partners, meet faculty/staff, tour campuses, speak with students, and familiarize yourself with the cities.  You will be responsible for costs associated with your travel, hotels, and any meals not hosted during the site visits. Ground transportation will be arranged for those who need it, with those attendees paying a prorated portion after the conference.

Since some visits will require minimum participation due to logistics, please register for the conference and site visits by May 1. Any necessary changes to the site visit schedule will be made shortly thereafter, and then registration can continue for the fully confirmed site visits. Hotels will be posted in May.
