Incoming Students

Your approval will be sought prior to any incoming students being placed at your institution.  Once those students are confirmed, you will be advised.  Please access and print their applications, and then process the necessary paperwork for them to obtain their study visa.  If you are not the person who processes admission documents for incoming students, please provide the Magellan applications to the appropriate person on your campus.  It is important to process this information promptly to avoid delays in obtaining student visas.

Accessing Incoming Student Applications
Coordinators should log in and click "Application List."  Select the appropriate semester and year, check the box next to "Incoming Students", and click "search."  You can view the incoming students and their application information by clicking "view."

Printing a List of Applicants
Follow the steps above in "Accessing Incoming Student Applications," and then click "Export."  This will automatically create an Excel document for your use and manipulation.
